Microsoft just rolled out a new Copilot update  and it’s a big one. Instead of choosing a model like GPT-5, you now have three modes to shape how Copilot thinks:

✨ Auto - Copilot decides the best approach ⚡️ Quick Response - fast, concise answers 🧠 Think Deeper - more reasoning for complex questions

I tested all three, and the difference in speed and depth is noticeable. This gives project managers even more control over how Copilot supports their work.
